Can the seal of confession be broken

The purpose of the secret of confession is to protect the privacy of the person, guard the presence of God in the intimacy of the human being.

For the Catholic Church, sacramental stealth is the obligation to never manifest what is known by sacramental confession. The priest cannot disclose the content of the confession, even if it is a penitent who has died. In no case may it be infringed, either in word, or in writing, or by signs. Those who somehow learned of the confession, lawfully or illegally, already hearing it, and reading notes of sins in order to confession, whether serving as an interpreter, this secret of confession is also required.
